Effective Immediately, we are implementing new COVID-19 protocols for the shop to protect each and everyone of you. We want to keep our customers, our friends, family members and our vendors as safe as possible from this harmful virus which is currently back on the rise in Virginia.
All Jeep build consultations are now only performed over Zoom. To schedule a "Virtual Jeep Build Consult" please go to our Appointments Page on our website and click the link to schedule your consult with our team over Zoom.
The follow rules are now in place and effective immediately:
- Masks are to be worn at all times by both employees and customers
- Only one customer at a time will be permitted in our lobby area when paying
- ALL Jeeps MUST be dropped off in order for work to be performed
- The waiting/lobby area is CLOSED to all customers until further notice
- No customers are allowed in the shop bays
- No delivery drivers or vendors allowed in the shop bays
We have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures from once a day now to multiple times a day. We are disinfecting keys, steering wheels, door handles, shift knobs in customer Jeeps anytime that a technician touches a Jeep. We apologize in advance for the Lysol oder that may be left behind after we perform our increased sanitation procedures in or around your Jeep but we would prefer to be safe than sorry.
Our team members have been instructed to disinfect any hard surfaces such as desks, doors, door handles, glass, tools, computers and any other area that may have human contact throughout the day with Lysol spray, multiple times a day in an effort to keep our shop as clean and free of COVID-19 as possible.
We will be offering a "contact-less drop-off" for your Jeep at our shop. We have envelopes hanging between our glass lobby door and the first bay door for your convenience. Please write your name, color of your Jeep, tag number and your contact information on the envelope when dropping your Jeep off then slide the envelope through the mail slot of the first bay door.
All payments will now be handled electronically directly from our invoicing and shop software system. We kindly request that you do not bring cash to pay your remaining balance at this time as we are unable to visit our bank to deposit the funds.
