I took my '25 Ranger to Bull Run 4x4 for a 1" level and more recently, I had them do a 1.5" level, tire upgrade, and speedo calibration on my brand new '26 Ranger Raptor. I was a bit nervous handing them the keys with just 75 miles on the odometer, but the upgrades were performed perfectly and the level of communication was exceptional. Jon answered all of my questions up front and Mike kept me informed about progress once the work began. Their attention to detail was second to none.

5 star service is hard to come by at a truck shop these days but Mike and team have the secret sauce figured out. Their customer service recipe works. My 2026 2500 Cummins got an oil change, tire rotation and quick inspection done all within an hour. The shop is spotless and the lobby had Black Rifle coffee which was a bonus too! I'll be back soon!

Working with Bull Run was terrific. Jon provided excellent feedback on choosing the right lift, wheels, and larger tires for my Jeep. He was always super helpful and I never once felt pressured. They are tremendous. I only wished I lived closer to their location, they have an excellent customer-friendly business and I strongly recommend them.

I took my '08 wrangler in because it was desperately in need of new shocks. These guys were SUPER easy to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure they knew exactly what I needed and they were so quick to respond to every question I had. Fantastic job. Feels like a new jeep. I'll definitely be bringing it back next time I need something done. Couldn't be happier.

I took my husband’s Jeep to Bullrun for service. I’d just like to say everyone was great, but my technician DJ was very informative and helpful. He took the time to explain everything so I was able to relay all information to my husband and even educated me as well.

Had a great experience at Bull Run, they were able to perform a front end alignment on my F150 with aftermarket upper control arms and a lower control arm lock-out kit. They were very communicative, professional, and responsive. They provided a quote quickly online, and completed the work faster than anticipated. Will absolutely use them again in the future.

We’re told all the time that business is all about relationships. And the most successful people in business put those relationships at the forefront of what they do.

A while back, I took my jeep in for some maintenance to my local off-road shop. After spending countless dollars and hours of trying to get it up and running on my own. While in the shop, it seemed like I was chasing years of neglected maintenance and just one thing after another. However, I noticed that when I got it back, it drove worse then when I started the project.

Naturally, my first instincts were to blame the shop. What I then realized was that wasn’t going to get me anywhere. At the end of the day, the mechanics at the shop are people too and it was navigating that relationship that was going to get me back on the road. Mike reached out to me and offered to fix the issues personally and on his time and dime. As I drive down the road today, I’m reminded that relationships are the foundation of business and the key to those successful relationships lies in viewing and treating people like people.
